Dawn’s Solitude Silence, except my laptop's drone Winter's grey through my window's frame Memories invades my looking-glass soul Bright light recollections of love and pain Blades of morning evading curtains drawn Now intrude upon this darkened abode Searching for courage my part to play Scared it's my sanity they'll now erode Date clicks over, reading another day But in this mind, no dark nor dawn Pleading with my memories, disappear!
